Research Machines plc has been selected and contracted as the supplier of the JANET Web Hosting Service.
This procurement was for the provision of a fully managed Web Hosting Service, branded as a JANET service, to provide a web hosting facility for organisations connected to the JANET network. It is anticipated that such organisation will be looking for a facility to host either primary or secondary sites. Alan Hames was appointed as the Procurement Manager and a procurement panel was formed.
